PERKY is looking to recognize organizations in New York State that invest in supporting their employees with quality benefits for family bonding leave.

Submit your organization today for a chance to receive:

Eligible organizations must: 

• Have an employee base between 250-5,000 benefit eligible employees.
• Be headquartered in New York State.
• Be considered private sector in one of the following industries: Healthcare, Education, or Professional Services.
• Submit the below form by February 24, 2023; winners will be announced by April 1, 2023.
